We'd been looking for a new home for about seven months when we finally fell in love with a place in Catlett, Va. It's a big place on a nice parcel of land. When we first went to look at the property, the owner took Susie and me on a tour of the wooded property. Tagging along were her two young children and one of their cats. We were discussing how if we got the home our indoor/outdoor cats would enjoy the property. We were surmising that they would be relatively safe from the local critters as long as they made it back inside by their curfew. Our cats are requested to be in before dark. Our host mentioned that we might let them stay out a little later as this was Cat-Let and Not-Cat-Bar.
We thought that this was a great line and have joked about it ever since.
And just to let you know, no, we would not bar the cats from playing outside, but their curfew still stands.
The home needs some work to get it back to its former glory days and this site will be dedicated to the refurbishing of the home and acreage.

We're just getting this site started. There's not a lot of
content at this point, but it will be coming once we get moved into the
new home.
Thanks for visiting.
